	J. Gabriel Puerto, Managing Partner Hollywood Office email: gpuerto@ferinc.net Gabriel’s career began in the foodservice industry as a Foodservice Design Consultant. He has years of experience in both design and operational concepts. Gabe joined F.E.R. in 1987 and became a partner in 1999. He is a recipient of the Richard Zimmer Award (1999), the Paul Lovejoy Award (1999) and The 2002 Frymaster/Dean Sales Representative of the Year.
	Craig Hodges, Partner Orlando Office email: clhinc@mindspring.com Craig joined FER in 1985 and became a partner in 1999. He has a B.S. Degree in Business focusing on Hotel Restaurant Administration. Craig resides in Orlando and is responsible for Central Florida. He is a recipient of the Richard Zimmer Award (1996) and Young Lions (1999).
	Gregory R. Olsen, Partner Tampa office email: golsen2@tampabay.rr.com Greg joined FER in 1985 and became a partner in 1999. He has a B.S. degree from the University of Florida. Greg began his career in the Foodservice industry as the Director of Sales for a major manufacturer of Industrial Warewasher. He resides in Tampa and is responsible for Central and N. W. Coast of FL.
	Thomas E. Dickie, Partner Hollywood Office email: tdickie@ferinc.net Tom joined FER in 1999 and became a partner the same year. He came to Food Equipment Representatives with over 14 years of experience with sales and service representing a major manufacturer of smallwares and conveyor ovens. He resides in Deerfield Beach and is responsible for South Florida.
	Daniel W. Wood, Senior Sales Associate Hollywood Office email: dwood@ferinc.net Dan joined FER in 1997. He has a BFA Degree in Art and has over 22 years of experience as a Foodservice Design Consultant. Dan resides in Coral Gables and is responsible for South and South West Florida.
	Neil Gosselin, Sales Associate Tampa office email: ngosselin@tampabay.rr.com Neil began his foodservice career in Boston managing restaurants for 10 years. He then moved to Las Vegas and specialized in foodservice sales with a rep firm responsible for casinos, resorts and convention arenas. Currently Neil resides in Tampa responsible for S.W. territory.
	William Trabazo, Sales Associate Hollywood Office email: wtrabazo@ferinc.net William’s experience in the Food Service Industry started in the Military (Army) in Operations. He entered the Sales and Service Industry in 1999. One of the new additions to Food Equipment Representatives.
	Martha Lozano, Sales Coordinator/Office Manager Hollywood Office email: mlozano@ferinc.net Martha joined FER in 2000. She has 10 years of experience in the Food Service industry with background knowledge in sales and customer service. Martha handles sales inquires, quotations, order entry and is responsible for accounts payables.
	Barbara Hacker, Sales Administrator/Customer Service Hollywood Office email: bhacker@ferinc.net Barbara joined FER in 2001. She had been with a major dealer in the Tampa area since 1993 and relocated to the Ft. Lauderdale area. Barbara processes sales, quotes and co-ordinates between end-users, dealers, factories and FER’s staff.
	Carolina Porta-Reyna, Administrative Assistant Hollywood Office email: cportareyna@ferinc.net Carolina has 10 years experience in the foodservice industry and joined the Food Equipment Representatives in 2002. She provides secretarial and clerical support including office workflow, coordinates service inquiries, appointments, correspondence, data compilation and travel arrangements.
	Nancy Baranet, Senior Sales Associate Daytona Office email: nbaranet@695online.com Nancy joined Food Equipment Representatives in 1976. She has over 26 years experience with food service equipment sales and service. Nancy resides in Deland and is responsible for Northeast Florida.
	Debbie Owings, Sales Associate Orlando Office email: owingsfer@gmail.com Debbie joined Food Equipment Representatives in 2000 and has over 16 years experience with foodservice equipment sales and service. She served as Regional Sales Manager for a major manufacturer of mobile foodservice carts. Debbie resides in Orlando and is responsible for central Florida.
	Fay E. Lewis, Sales Administrator/Customer Service Orlando Office email: fayferorlando@gmail.com Fay joined Food Equipment Representatives in 1988. She processes sales inquires, quotes and acts as the liaison between endusers, dealers, factories and Food Equipment Representatives staff.
	Vince Thigpen, Administrator/Customer Service Orlando Office email: vinceFERorlando@gmail.com Vince Thigpen joined FER in June 2005. Before coming to work with the FER team, Vince temporarily worked at Disney Sourcing & Procurement purchasing food service equipment, table top supplies, and guest amenities. Vince is a nine-year US Navy veteran and he is a 2001 graduate of Thomas Edison State College. Vince handles order entry, quotations, and sales inquiries and is responsible for internal coordination of chain accounts.
	Nick Baranet, Sales/Customer Service Daytona Office email: nabaranet@yahoo.com Nick joined Food Equipment Representatives in 2003 after a 21 year career in the United States Air Force. His responsibilities focus on food service equipment sales and service. Nick resides in DeLand Florida and is responsible for Northeast Florida.
